IP Lawyers to USPTO: Not So Fast Internetnews.com is reporting that the National Intellectual Property Researchers Association (NIPRA) has filed suit to prevent the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) from completing the transition from paper to electronic public search systems.
