DMCA Harmful to Competition? Wired has an interesting commentary in which Lauren Weinstein compares recent DMCA cases like the Lexmark case to Ma Bell's attempts to stifle competition earlier last century. There seems to be a growing chorus questioning the advisability of the DMCA.
