Internet Music Wars Across the Pond The AP is running an
article about a recent case in Britain finding the proprietor of an Internet cafe guilty of copyright infringement for allowing customers to download music off the Internet. Citing the fact that recordings for private and domestic use were exempt from Britain's 1988 Copyright, Designs and Patents Act, the owner vowed to appeal: "I'm going on a crusade for the consumer and I'll take this all the way to the House of Lords."
