It's Not Who You Know, It's Who Your Customers Are Blackberry users love the little devices. Law.com has an interesting article showing just how much. As I noted below, Congresscritters have already made a plea for the continued operation of their beloved devices. Now it seems that U.S. Patent and Trademark Office Director James Rogan has ordered a reexaminations of the patents at issue in the lawsuit charging the manufacturer of Blackberrys with patent infringement. Moral of the story: it helps to have customers in high places.
