So Does Filming Emergency Room Patients for a Political Ad Receive More or Less Protection Than Filming for an Emergency Room "Reality" Show? Law.com reports in "Tort Reform Infomercial Sparks Privacy Suit."

At some level I understand how the family feels, but likely no one but the family remotely recognized the woman. Now the family makes sure the woman is recognized and I still can't help but fell it's all motivated by the want of money.
